It seems to be a German hub providing access to (or encompassing?) DH repositories (Dariah-DE and TextGrid) and archives for sustainability (long-term surviving of their data and software). Its preparations lasted 2014-2016 (see oltmanns2019different, introduction), then it was launched in 2016. Other DH data preservation centers are cited by oltmanns2019different, paragraph "Service levels for Long Term Availability of SDEs".
